Our trade Cutting and Creasing department has been established for many years and has undertaken a rapid expansion since our move to Altham. We now have 4 Heidelberg Cylinder machines
(pictured below), plus an additional Platen (mainly used for kiss cutting).
Works Manager Mr Stephen Hindley oversees the day to day operations of this section and he and his staff can normally work around any problems or questions you may have regarding cutting jobs. The experience they have gained over the last 20 or so years is an invaluable asset to the company and clients alike.
It is a fantastic advantage that our company manufactures cutting formes for these machines under the same roof; no other local business can offer the same service and speed of cutting forme manufacture than ourselves.
Our recent acquisition of a new guillotine enables us to return folders
(left) and similar jobs back to the customer fully finished and ready for despatch if requested.
For those awkward small runs or odd materials we also have access to 2 roller presses accepting a maximum sheet width
of 1000mm.
